Backstage At The CMA’s
Country Countdown USA host Lon Helton was presented his 13th National Personality of the Year Award at the 59th annual CMA Awards. All of the radio winners were presented their awards during a special pre-show ceremony at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Lon thanked the artists who’ve been his co-hosts, the stations who carry the show, and the listeners who’ve been with us for 33 years.
After that, it was time for the show. A number of the winners came to the backstage media room to speak with reporters. Here are some pictures:
