Sam Hunt Has Baby #3
More country star baby news to report. This morning, Sam Hunt told Country Countdown USA’s Lon Helton that he & his wife Hannah became parents of their third child, a boy, on May 21st. The baby came just a week before Sam was scheduled to begin his summer tour.
Sam says the baby’s name is Weyman Allen Hunt. He described it as a family name. He also said young Weyman is a little more “wound up” than the previous children. “We don’t get as much sleep as we did with the first two.” Weyman joins 3 year old Lucy Louise (they call her Weezie), and 18 month old son Lowry.
Sam said they had 3 under 3 for a few weeks, so it’s been pretty hectic. Sam told Lon, “It’s a big jump. It’s like an upside down pyramid. The work gets a lot tougher when the third one gets here. Dad has to pick up the slack with the other two so mom can take care of the baby. So that’s new to me. They older two are learning to play on their own.” Sam will be Lon’s co-host on July 19-20, and we’ll have more on baby Weyman then.
