Zac Brown’s Eat & Greet

Zac Brown is a Grammy-winning, Platinum-selling star who also just happens to be an experienced cook.  Zac and his family ran a successful restaurant in Georgia before his music career took off.  And he’s opening a new restaurant there next month.  But his dream was to combine the concert experience with a meal, and take it all on the road.  That’s where the concept of the Eat & Greet was born.  Zac talked about it with Country Countdown USA host Lon Helton, who attended one last year in New York: “When I get to sit down across from my fans and getting to know them a little bit, instead of taking a picture and kicking them out, not even getting to visit with them , it just means a lot more to me and them, and levels the playing field, and let’s them know we are one of the people.”
