Band Perry July 4th Party

| July 1, 2011

America gets a day off on Monday to celebrate the 4th of July. The Band Perry told Country Countdown USA host Lon Helton they’ll spend the day together as a family:  “This 4th of July we have a big party planned at our house, we have a bunch of family coming in.”  Each of them have chores to do, starting with Reid: “I’m in charge of games and sweet tea.”  Kimberly: “I’m in charge of wardrobe, which includes bow ties for the boys, and for the girls, sun hats.”  At that point, Reid interrupted, “See, my thing is that’s gonna be so hot with shirts buttoned up all the way.”  Kimberly held up her hand and said, “But actually it’s not your thing at all, so I get to dictate.”  Neil added, “I am in charge of what they think is fireworks, but it’s actually going to be pyrotechnics.  So we’re just going to have a big spread on the front porch!”
