Lon & Dustin Call Drew

This week, Drew Baldridge got his first #1 with “She’s Somebody’s Daughter.” Lon & co-host Dustin Lynch called Drew to congratulate him on his achievement. Listen here:

“So many tears, lots of emotions, doing it ourselves. When we started on this journey I never dreamed we’d go to #1.  I’ve been in Nashville for 13 years.  I can’t believe we’re here now.  It’s life-changing for us.”

Dustin also congratulated Drew: “I think the last time we got together was this time last year, we got to go dove hunting together.  But for you to believe in a song this much and figure out the game, you gotta write a book on how to do this.”

Drew’s closing words: “I think it’s a good message for anybody whatever business you’re in: Don’t give up on something you believe in.  If you feel it’s gonna work, go chase it.  Go get it.  It can happen!”
