Dustin Lynch 30th With Luke

Dustin Lynch had a memorable 30th birthday.  It happened on May 14th, while he was on tour with Luke Bryan and Randy Houser.  He remembered the day with Country Countdown USA’s Lon Helton:

I had a feeling something was going to go down that night.  You just sense it.  I get emotional, even when it’s not my birthday, whenever singing Happy Birthday.  I’m an emotional person anyway.  So Luke goes into Happy Birthday when I’m on stage with him and Randy, here I am in front of 12-14 thousand people singing me Happy Birthday.  It was so surreal, it was a moment when I can’t believe it’s real life.  I’m fighting back the tears.  But what a great night, after the show, the whole crew was backstage with a cake and presents, what a crew, what a class act, and then he took me fishing the next day. So it was a pretty cool birthday.  It’s going to be tough to beat.”
