Luke: Taylor Baked Me Cookies
A few weeks ago, Luke Bryan joined Taylor Swift for the first of her three sold out Nashville shows. He described the experience to Country Countdown USA’s Lon Helton: “I was in New York doing The View, and got a call from my manager saying Taylor wanted me to perform on the first of her three shows. And you can’t tell Taylor Swift no. She’s too perfectly sweet to tell her no. So I flew in that Thursday, and I walk backstage, walk to my dressing room, and there’s a plate of cookies and a note that says ‘I baked these last night.’ And I know she baked them! I’m like I guess I start to bake cookies for everyone! 
But she walked into the dressing room and told me how she wanted our performance to go. She had a clear vision of how she wants it. She said how much she loved ‘I Don’t Want This Night To End,’ and so we rehearsed it, and she knew how the fans would react. It was really inspiring to be with her, and we had a blast on stage. I left thinking, ‘I’m so glad I flew from New York to be a part of this.’ It was so much fun for me.”
The funny part is the night before the show, followers of Taylor’s Twitter page saw a post where she said she and her friends were baking cookies. Now we know who they were for.
