Lady A Mentors On The Voice

When Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott was announced as a mentor on NBC’s The Voice, some might have naturally expected her to be part of Team Blake.  She is, of course, a friend of Blake Shelton, attending his wedding two years ago.  But instead, she’s working with Adam Levine.  She explained this week on Country Countdown USA: “I hope Blake doesn’t have any hard feelings, but I have to say Adam Called first!   So it was such a fun  experience.  (Dave) Adam’s hotter to you, right? (Hillary) I have to say I came back from  my first day being a mentor with him, and I looked at my husband and said, ‘Babe, it’s not a bad day having to hang out with him for a few hours.’  It was a great experience, and truthfully I just love the show as a whole.  I love Blake to death, but you gotta call me first next time!”
