Lon Helton Accepts ACM Award

On Saturday night, Country Countdown USA host Lon Helton accepted the National Personality of the Year from the Academy of Country Music.  The ceremony was held at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, site of the 47th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, taking place Sunday April 1st.  ACM double nominee Chris Young was on hand to make the presentation.  This was Lon’s second time winning the National Personality award.
