Rascal Flatts Christmas Traditions

| December 17, 2011

All three members of Rascal Flatts are parents, so Christmas traditions revolve around their children.  They spoke with Lon Helton on Country Countdown USA.  Joe Don Rooney’s son Jagger is 3-1/2, so he’s starting to understand Christmas: “As soon as we put the tree off after Thanksgiving, the light went off, and he went, ‘That’s right, I remember!’ You ask him about Santa Clause, what he wants, if he’s been a good kid, and in fact he’s going to see Santa today.” Gary’s two daughters are 7 and 11 now, and they want electronics: “It’s all about the new Mac Book Pro, you’re 6-grand on one child.  When you get Christmas cards from Apple, you’ve done some damage.”
