Taylor Sees Herself in Hunter

Taylor Swift did some shows this year with newcomer Hunter Hayes, and she discovered they have many things in common.  Taylor told Country Countdown USA’s Lon Helton, “There’s something about his charisma I haven’t seen in a lot of other artists.  He studies everything, he watches everything, and he takes it in, he absorbs it, and he learns it.  He’s got this quiet confidence without being over confident.  It’s a perfect balance.  He plays everything, he’s a good writer, and there’s something special there.  I saw him meeting his fans every night, and then he’d watch my show every night.  I saw him, and it was like, ‘This is what I’m going to do, and here’s what I’m gonna change.’  It was very obvious to see that in him.”
