Luke Bryan Bo & Tate Update

When Luke Bryan co-hosts the Countdown, we always get a Bo & Tate Update.  The boys are growing quickly: Bo just turned 6 in March, and Tate will turn 4 in August.  Luke told Country Countdown USA’s Lon Helton, “They are completely different.  Bo is a little sweetheart.  Tate, you can’t rattle Tate.  He don’t care.  With Bo, if I do the countdown, I never have to get to 3.  Tate will stare you down, and he doesn’t care.  I think he’s his mother.  But they’re totally in the middle of that fun age.  Bo was playing coach-pitch baseball, and he hit a home run over the fence.  I was the goofy dad, that was doing the cartwheels and running around.  It’s so fun being a dad.  They have surprises around every dad.  It’s also fun watching them become buddies.  They get into fights, but then they’re in the bed together watching cartoons.”

You posted a photo that Bo made a mess of your grand piano: “That’s right.  I heard my wife downstairs really disappointed at Bo, and he has taken my upright grand piano that I wrote the song ‘Do I’ on, and he took a black and red magic marker and marked up every key.  When I saw it, he did it as much as could be done.  So I was going to make him clean it.  But he didn’t get too far after an hour.  So I started scrubbing it, and someone on Twitter told me that rubbing alcohol would clean it up, and it got 95% of it.  The best part is after I’d cleaned the piano, and I was pretty happy with it, I looked up, and right in the middle of the piano where you put the sheet music, he wrote “B-O” in big red letters.  So now I’m not getting rid of this piano.  What do you do?  They’re kids.”
