Eric Church Platinum Party

Guests attending the Eric Church Platinum Party were directed to a rear entrance of an old warehouse in what was once an industrial part of Nashville.  Inside, a crowd of friends and family, as well as members of the Nashville music community and media gathered for a combination Platinum and #1 party, celebrating the success of Eric Church’s latest CD, “Chief,” and latest hit, “Springsteen.”  As the speeches began, it was clear this was more than a party, but a victory celebration, marking more than 6 years of hard work and determination.  There were lots of people who were there with Eric at the begining.  His wife Katherine was there with their son Boone.  There were lots of plaques and gifts to be handed out.   Eric received several “platinum” items to celebrate the status of Chief — which debuted at the top of the Billboard album charts last July — including a pair of platinum sunglasses, a box of custom cigars, a custom barrel of Jack Daniels (his favorite beverage) and a special bottle of the single barrel liquor with a platinum label–the first of its kind.
