Shania Twain’s Top 10
Shania Twain is the top-selling female artist in country music. Last week in Nashville, she was honored for selling over 75 million records. The amazing part is that she’s only released 4 albums in her career. Her third collection, “Come On Over,” contained 12 singles, three of which went to the top. But of all those hits, spanning an 18-year career, which have become Shania’s most enduring songs? We took a look at the most-played Shania songs currently on the radio:
#10: Don’t Be Stupid was the second single from “Come On Over,” and made it to the Top 10 in 1997.
#9: I’m Outta Here was Shania’s 2nd #1 song, spending two weeks at the top in 1996.
#8: You’re Still The One won two Grammy Awards in 1999, and will be the theme of her Las Vegas show starting in 2012.
#7: No One Needs To Know was Shania’s 4th #1, released in the summer of 1996.
#6: Honey I’m Home was Shania’s 7th #1, released in the summer of 1998.
#5: Forever & For Always was the third single from “Up!,” and peaked at #4 in 2003
#4: That Don’t Impress Me Much was the 6th single from “Come On Over,” and peaked at #8 in 1999
#3: Man! I Feel Like a Woman was the follow-up to That Don’t Impress Me Much, and had the distinctive video based on Robert Palmer’s hit “Addicted To Love.”
#2: Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under was the first single from “The Woman In Me,” and peaked at #11 in 1995. The video was directed by Bo Derek’s husband John.
#1: Any Man of Mine was Shania’s first #1, and remains her most popular hit
