Ronnie Joins Reba in Bora Bora
Ronnie Dunn and his wife Janine are friends with Reba and her husband Narvel. They often vacation together, and Ronnie has told those stories when he’s co-hosted the Countdown. With summer 2011 coming, Country Countdown USA’s Lon Helton asked Ronnie about this year’s vacation. “Funny you should ask. Narvel went to a charity auction and bid on this yacht. It’s in Bora Bora Tahiti. He says ‘The boat’s fabulous, you gotta go, it’s our favorite place to go.” Well I’ve never gone that far unless I was forced to. So he talked it up, he’s got a bunch of people, it’s got 9 cabins on it, it’s got a great crew, so we’re all going. I’ll give you a report when I get back.”
Lon asked who else is on the boat, and the other passengers include Kix Brooks and his wife, and Lee Ann Womack and her husband.
