Trace Adkins Top 10

| August 27, 2011

This week’s co-host, Trace Adkins, celebrates his 15th year as a recording artist in 2011.  During that time, he’s released 30 singles from ten studio albums.  Half of his singles have made it to the Top 10, and three have made it to #1.  But what are Trace Adkins’ Top 10 most popular hits?  Here is the list.  See if you agree.

#10: I Left Something Turned On At Home.  This was his fourth single from his debut CD, “Dreamin’ Out Loud.”

#9: More. Title song from his third album.

#8: Hot Mama.  This song peaked at #5 in 2003.

#7: This Ain’t No Thinkin’ Thing.  His first #1 from 1997.

#6: Every Light In The House Is On.  Trace’s second single peaked at #2.

#5: This Ain’t No Love Song.  Released last summer, this song peaked at #15.  Second of his hits with “this ain’t no” in the title.

#4: Songs About Me. Peaked at #2 in 2004.

#3: Ladies Love Country Boys.  This because his second #1.  Trace describes it as somewhat autobiographical, because his wife comes from a well-to-do family from a Chicago suburb.

#2: You’re Gonna Miss This.  His third #1, which he performed on Celebrity Apprentice.

#1: Honky Tonk Badonkadonk.  Peaked at #2 in 2005, but remains his most enduring hit.
